Top Shell Assembly

The top shell assembly is the basic component for installing the mantle and it directly bears the force transmitted from the main shaft crushing. Its important part, the spider liner, is also the location of the upper fulcrum point of the main shaft rotating motion.

Feed Cone

The feed cone is used to lock the mantle and evenly distribute the feed. SISUPER designed three types of feed trays according to the abrasiveness of the ore. The installation method is the same, and the service life is the same as the mantle.

Socket Assembly

The socket and the head ball form a moving pair to transmit vertical loads.

Tramp Release

Used to empty the crushing chamber or protect the crusher during iron piece carry-over.

Bowl Assembly

Head Assembly

The head assembly generates an eccentric distance and gyratory motion under the action of the eccentric sleeve. The head assembly withstands huge impact forces during high-speed movement. High-strength materials and strict control of casting quality avoid cracking caused by casting defects.
