high precision
The main frame body is a large casting, furan resin self-hardening sand casting, casting surface quality and high dimensional accuracy, dimensional accuracy up to CT9 level.
Quality material performance
Trace amounts of manganese, chromium and nickel are added to the main frame material to give the product better performance and longer service life.
Manganese (Mn): improve product hardness and impact toughness.
Chromium (Cr): Improve the anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance of the product.
Nickel (Ni): Improve the low temperature toughness of the product.
3D Scanning Inspection
North America imported 3D scanner detection, μ-level precision, automatic and accurate detection of the external dimensions of the parts, and remind each part of the external dimensions of the qualified.
Spindle cold assembly process
Saipeng uses industrial-grade ultra-low-temperature freezers with liquid nitrogen temperature as low as -196℃, together with the customized special tooling, to precisely control the assembly overload and ensure the perfect fit between the spindle and the main frame, avoiding the fatal drawbacks of workpiece deformation, damage, and poor fit of the axle holes in the hot-fit assembly and press-in assembly.
Argon welding
The main frame seat cushion adopts argon gas welding and stress relief process, with full weld seam, good appearance, firm and durable with high anti-cracking performance.
Polymer U-seal
Polymer material, good sealing performance, durable.
