High Tolerance Level
The manufacturing tolerance between the eccentric sleeve and the eccentric bushing is controlled at IT6 level. The high tolerance level ensures good interchangeability of the products.
Non-Destructive Testing
Through non-destructive testing, detect defects within a few millimeters below the surface of the eccentric sleeve to avoid shortening the product life or even whole machine failure due to casting defects from the root cause.
Accurate Dimension Control
By controlling the critical dimensions of the eccentric sleeve, the eccentric distance can be ensured to have smooth equipment operation with little vibration, good interchangeability, more balanced force and lower failure rate.
Wear Resistance + Durability
The eccentric bushing adopts high-lead bronze sleeve with better wear resistance, smaller friction coefficient, stronger load capacity and longer service life.
