High Strength Material
The hydroset cylinder body is alloy casting. After heat treatment (quenching + high temperature tempering), it has high strength, toughness, wear resistance, good fatigue strength and tensile strength up to 520-670MPa.
Low Friction Coefficient
The piston wear plate and the mainshaft step are made of high-lead bronze, with better wear resistance, smaller friction coefficient, stronger load capacity, and longer service life; the step washer material is alloy steel with surface roughness Ra0.8, which reduces vibration, wear and run-in time.
Verticality
The coaxiality and verticality between the piston and the hydroset cylinder body do not exceed 0.05mm. The high precision tolerance ensures smooth operation, small vibration, more balanced force and lower failure rate.
